Hi YK, I think it's random case. Our QA, Sam and I has verified this item before. They tried many times, more than 10 times, They haven't get pass result. My test result is => pass rate: 1/20. so I found a way to pass this item stably (force stopping BtvBluetooth in Google TvSettings) After Sam force stop this app. He can also pass this item. Hi Jason SPTEK has modified it , but the same issue has occurred again after STB reset. (not sure if it's related to the CPU load side.) If you know the purpose of this test and how to fix it, please share it with us. and this issue has not been observed in INTEK STB. Thank you YK.Jung |
